This notice covers the October 2026 beauty care kit giveaway and the newsletter choice made on its entry form.

How entry information is handled
Information collected
The entry form collects your full name, email, declared destination country (where you live and would receive the prize), selected language and your Instagram and YouTube usernames, plus acceptance of the rules, your statement that you subscribe to the YouTube channel and your newsletter choice. The application also keeps the wording, versions and timestamps associated with those choices and confirmation-delivery records. The entry form does not collect phone, street address, city, region, postal code, nationality or country of birth. Phone and full delivery address will be requested only from selected winners later for prize fulfillment. Hosting and security services also receive technical request data.
Purposes and basis for use
Sharon Fonseca LLC uses entry information to administer the giveaway under the terms you accept: register your participation, check the supplied eligibility rules, contact selected winners and arrange prize delivery. Email and language preference are used for the newsletter based on the recorded newsletter consent. Required fields and newsletter opt-in are conditions of entry under the supplied rules. Instagram and YouTube usernames are required for new entries to identify your accounts for manual giveaway identification and eligibility review. Selected winners’ usernames may be publicly announced in Instagram Stories. Usernames do not automatically verify your YouTube subscription. No social account login is requested.
Newsletter withdrawal and separate entry records
You can stop newsletter marketing using its unsubscribe link. Existing opt-outs and suppression records are respected and are not automatically cleared by entering. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete the separate giveaway entry or the records used to respect the opt-out. Eligible new subscribers may receive the existing welcome email as well as the giveaway confirmation.
Access and service providers
Authorized members of the giveaway team can access and privately export entry information. DigitalOcean, LLC hosts the website and database in New York, United States. Cloudflare, Inc. provides routing, security, media storage and web analytics. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) handles confirmation emails and newsletters. Phone and mailing address are absent from the entry-confirmation email. This form does not publish entrants' contact or shipping details. Winner announcements and contact follow the supplied giveaway rules. If you win, relevant delivery information may be shared with the provider delivering your prize.
Browser requests and external links
Shared website pages request Google Fonts and load Cloudflare Web Analytics; these browser requests expose request/browser metadata to those services. This does not mean that the entry fields are sent to Google Fonts or analytics. The YouTube channel is an outbound link; this form does not call a YouTube membership-verification API. Visiting YouTube is subject to its own privacy practices.
International processing
The database is hosted in the United States; service providers may process information in other countries. DigitalOcean and Cloudflare publish data-processing terms describing Data Privacy Framework transfers where applicable, with Standard Contractual Clauses and UK safeguards in the circumstances those terms specify. Resend publishes data-processing terms describing Standard Contractual Clauses with UK adaptations. These mechanisms are subject to the relevant terms and transfer circumstances. Retention and deletion
Under Sharon Fonseca LLC's responsibility, entry data, including required social usernames, and consent/delivery records are kept only as needed to administer and verify the giveaway, complete prize delivery, and handle related questions, necessary claims or legal obligations. Selected winners' phone and address are used only for prize delivery and related fulfillment issues. Newsletter email and language are kept while subscribed; limited records needed to document consent and respect opt-outs are retained separately. Unnecessary data is deleted or anonymized when those purposes end; private exports and backups follow the same purpose limits through manual review and handling.
Your rights and requests
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
